Okay, who remembers the buzz Uorfi Javed and Ayesha Kanga created with their jaw-dropping breastplate looks in May 2023? It sent the fashion world into a frenzy and took social media by storm. But while their sculpted pieces were not the first of their kind, it was still unique and oh-so-iconic. And, in a way, it had us convinced that we were about to witness the re-birth of a fashion trend. Now, guess what? We were not wrong. Freddy actress Alaya F embraced the coolest trend of the year with a twist and nailed it like a true fashionista.
Recently, GQ hosted an event that saw a star-studded turnout. While everyone made a head-turning statement, it was Alaya who stood out the most for us. She wore a gorgeous powder-blue molded leather corset by J Phoenix London and absolutely killed it! Take a look:
The molded top came with a matching skirt which had the most interesting twist. The gathered detailing around the waist accentuated Alaya’s figure beautifully and the thigh-high slit added to the oomph! She was styled by Sheefa J Gilani and gotta say, she did a phenomenal job. Sheefa added stunning jewels from Swarovski and Vivinia by Vidhi Mehra which added a little twinkle to her look.
Alaya’s long wavy tresses and glamm makeup amplified the look!
No doubt Alaya’s OOTN was fun and fabulous. The actress knows her fashion well and we surely can’t wait to see more such looks from her.
