Former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni rang in his 38th birthday yesterday. The celebrations saw the presence of his teammates, wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni and daughter Ziva. But we can’t take our eyes off the little munchkin.
A video of daddy Dhoni and Ziva cutting his birthday cake together was shared by the BCCI on their official Twitter page and, needless to say, it went viral. In the video, Ziva can be seen standing alongside Dhoni telling him, “You just have to say something na. Then blow out the candles!” right before he cuts the cake. Ugh, isn’t she adorable?

After cutting the cake, Dhoni gave the first bite to his darling daughter, and later to his wife of nine years, Sakshi, who was also present in the background.
Mahi’s birthday celebrations had begun early on Sunday. The cricketing superstar celebrated the special day with his family and friends in Leeds, right after India’s big World Cup 2019 win against Sri Lanka.
Sakshi took to her Instagram to share a slow-motion video of the cake-cutting. She wrote, “Waking up with this… Happy Birthday THALA 💛😍”
Many of his teammates took to social media to wish the star player.
