As soon as you get married, your whole family plus the world wants to know your ‘baby plans’ aka the good news. Something similar happened with Yuvika Chaudhary and Prince Narula recently.
Recently, paps spotted Yuvika and Prince on Karva Chauth. Prince chivalrously opened the car doors for Yuvika who was holding her KC thali. She sported a gorgeous pink Anarkali suit with an embroidered dupatta but their fans assumed that flowy suit and dupatta was an attempt to hide her baby bump. Her fans were quick to point out that Yuvika might be preggers!
However, Yuvika dismissed the rumours and explained that she wore her dupatta like that to flaunt its beautiful embroidery and not to ‘hide’ anything at all. She said in an interview, “There is no actual baby bump. Plus I love the design of the dupatta I was wearing, and hence had pulled it down longer a bit, which again must have made the people do their share of conjectures.”
Well, can you blame her fans? Remember how shocked Anita Hassanandani’s fans were when she revealed her pregnancy news after months? The actress had successfully kept her baby bump hidden and her fans had absolutely no clue for the longest, even though Anita was quite active on social media platforms since the beginning of her pregnancy! With television stars like Anita and Teejay Sidhu announcing their pregnancy news so recently, fans were bound to wonder if Yuvika is joining the list.
Yuvika further added, “Why are there so many questions after marriage about one’s pregnancy? And for all you know, the baby whispers about me might have further gained ground because nowadays many actors are in the family way or have had a kid, ek season sa chal raha hai.“

Coming back to the rumours, Yuvika and Prince recently recovered from dengue and COVID-19 for which, they were hospitalised in Chandigarh. Yuvika made it crystal clear that she is neither pregnant nor thinking about it for now. She said, “I am not pregnant. I had just recovered from COVID-19 when I was rushed to a hospital for dengue. I have not even fully recovered and I am certainly amused by the false rumours.” Talking about her baby plans, the actress added, “It will happen when it is supposed to happen, but late.”
Well, we are praying for a speedy recovery for this adorable couple.
