For Yami Gautam, who started with the promotions of her upcoming film ‘Uri‘, it was all about monochromatic, work-perfect looks, which you could incorporate into your wardrobe without thinking twice. Take a look.

Monochrome isn’t a trend that is entirely new, we’ve seen the leading ladies of Bollywood don one colour from head-to-toe in the past, like the fashionistas that they are, and yet, Ms Gautam managed to stand out from the crowd in her chic ensembles. Styled by Mohit Rai, her first look was a pink pantsuit by Lavish Alice, a contemporary womenswear label. The asymmetric lapel and slitted sleeves made for a power-packed ensemble, ideal for work.

Her look was completed with a statement, handcrafted ring by Anomaly by Anam, winged eye makeup, and nude heels to match.

Taking a break from the pantsuit but not from the monochrome colour scheme, her second look was a beige off-shoulder dress with stitch details and a cinched waist.
