The makers of the film have released its first teaser and it will give you goosebumps.
The teaser takes you back to 2016, where a town named Uri, in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, was attacked by four heavily armed Pakistani militants. They killed 19 Indian soldiers near the Line of Control at around 4 am on 18th September. This was reported as the deadliest attack on security forces in Kashmir in two decades. In retaliation, the Indian Army carried out surgical strikes across the LoC.
The teaser evokes thought and inspire patriotism. A teary-eyed but determined Vicky Kaushal is seen leading a group of paratroopers in surgical strikes across the LoC. He looks more convincing than ever.
