In the midst of all this pandemic gloom, it’s the heartwarming love stories that are making us all warm and fuzzy. After gorgeous pictures of Rana Daggubati’s intimate wedding and TV actress Prachi Tehlan’s fairytale shaadi, we are swooning over actor Punit Pathak’s engagement pictures.
The actor-cum-choreographer, who made his Bollywood debut in ABCD: Any Body Can Dance, recently got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Nidhi Moony Singh. He shared some stunning photos from the ceremony and we’re in awe of how blissfully happy the couple looks. In the pictures, Punit can be seen wearing a green floral kurta, while Nidhi wore a yellow embroidered saree. The duo happily posed for the camera as they flaunted their engagement rings.

Soon after the announcement, congratulatory messages started pouring in. Besides his followers, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, Mouni Roy, Gauahar Khan, Esha Gupta (among others) wished Punit and Nidhi.
Choreographers Remo D’Souza and Terence Lewis also wished Punit on reaching this milestone in his life.
Last month, Punit made Nidhi’s birthday super special with a heartwarming post on Instagram. He shared a picture and wrote, “Celebrating this day to celebrate you! You that made us – US … celebrating this day to make you feel you are special, special in a way that I wanna celebrate you every day! May you be happy all the way with all your dreams coming true. Happy birthday to my strength, my weakness, my lobster”.

Punit became a household name after his stint in the dance reality show, Dance India Dance, in which he was the second runner up. Since then, he has been featured in several dance shows like Dance Plus, India Banega Manch, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Dil Hai Hindustani, Dance Champions and India’s Next Superstars. In 2019, he participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 and emerged as the winner.
Besides Remo D’Souza’s ABCD, Punit also acted in ABCD2 and Nawabzaade. He was last seen in Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer Street Dancer 3D. Coming back to the good news, we congratulate Punit and Nidhi and we can’t wait for them to announce their wedding date.
