As per Forbes’ list of highest paid model 2017, Kendall Jenner has taken the top spot by making an amount of staggering $22 million this year. Yes, you read the numbers right! Apart from her countless shows during fashion weeks, the 22-year-old can give credit to all her ventures in the past one year including her deals with Estée Lauder, La Perla and Adidas, but the biggest paychecks came from her clothing line Kendall + Kylie with her sister, the TV show (Keeping Up With The Kardashian) and her Instagram endorsements. With a fan following of about 85 million on Instagram, she’s proved that her social media advertising skills are bang on!
Having said that, we would love to tell you that she’s not only the highest-earning model but also, has snagged the title of Fashion Icon of the Decade at The Daily Front Row awards. Numbers agree, all the hard work she’d put in building that ‘Jenner effect’ is finally paying off. While other popular models including Hadid sisters and Ashley Graham are also on the list, Gisele Bündchen and Chrissy Teigen take the second and third spot, respectively.
