Priyanka Chopra has been one of the most desirable women in the world and over the years, there have been several speculations and rumours about her marriage. Putting a rest to all those speculations, Priyanka married Nick Jonas in a larger-than-life ceremony last week. But did you know that someone had already predicted this union a good 13 years ago?
Famous numerologist, Sanjay B Jumaani predicted that Priyanka is likely to get married in her 36th year back in 2005. Priyanka Chopra celebrated her 36th birthday in July this year and made her relationship official on August 18.

In a recent interview to a leading daily, the famous Bollywood astro-numerologist spoke about Priyanka’s International success and the couple’s compatibility.
“People bearing number 9 are governed by Mars, a fiery planet, which prompts them to lead from the front. Hence, such people cannot play second fiddle. So Priyanka will certainly be the woman on top. Number 9s, being fighters in all aspects, are forceful and fierce. So they do well as leaders or in positions of authority. They are also inclined towards politics. I had also said that Priyanka would show an interest in politics in or around her 45th year.”
Sanjay B Jumaani further elaborated:
“She’s a water sign and such people travel a lot and do well away from their place of birth. She won the Miss World pageant abroad. Being an Army officer’s daughter, she has travelled quite a lot and has built her career’s foundation in Mumbai, which is surrounded by water and adds up to number 9 too.”
And now coming to the compatibility bit! Priyanka and Nick are Water and Earth signs respectively, which makes them a strong couple together.
“Priyanka and Nick are made for each other, just like Earth and water that always stay together. They have a lot in common too. For instance, ‘Nick Jonas’ adds to a 2 and so do ‘Priyanka Chopra’ and ‘PC’. Furthermore, they are both governed by Moon (2) and Neptune (7). These planets affect the mental space and can cause mood swings. Therefore, I recommend yoga, pranayam and meditation for Nick, and yoga and exercise for PC which will help her keep calm,” he shared.

Astro-numerologist Sanjay B Jumaani shared that the name Priyanka Chopra, unfortunately, won’t auger well for her married life. “It adds to a number that indicates ‘treachery & deception caused by members of the opposite sex’”. However, if she adds her married surname & spells as Priyanka Chopra Jonas, it shall add to a number denoting success & honour!
Sanjay B Jumaani also shared the meaning of the new name. “This number is regarded as fortunate & extremely favourable. It is symbolized as ‘the Sun’ and is called ‘the Prince of Heaven.’ It is a number promising happiness, success, esteem and honour, and promises success in one’s plans for the future.”
