Actress Sameera Reddy is expecting her second baby with husband Akshai Varde! The Maine Dil Tujhko Diya actress bid goodbye to Bollywood after her first baby was born in 2015. However, her happy, glowing pregnancy pictures on Instagram have been keeping her in the limelight. Sameera doesn’t shy away from flaunting her baby bump and often shares pictures in monokinis and breezy kaftans.
In a recent post, Sameera has shared stunning pictures from her pregnancy photo shoot, which was done underwater. Sameera, who is nine-months pregnant and due anytime now, also wrote apt captions along with her pictures, “She is water. Powerful enough to drown you, soft enough to cleanse you & deep enough to save you”.
Our favourite part? Sameera opted for colourful bikinis for the photoshoot.
She posted another picture in a neon green bikini and wrote, “I wanted to celebrate the beauty of the bump in my 9th month. At a time when we feel the most vulnerable, tired, scared, excited and at our biggest and most beautiful!🌟 I look forward to sharing it with you guys and I know the positivity will resonate because we all are at different phases of our lives with unique sizes and we need to love and accept ourselves at every level #imperfectlyperfect.”
In one of the captions, Sameera also admitted that these were all #NoFilter images.
Earlier, the actress was body-shamed by netizens over her pregnancy weight. She bravely slammed the trollers with another picture of her baby bump and wrote, “Her soul was too deep to explore by those who always swam in the shallow end 🧚🏻♀️. This is my answer to anyone who feels uncomfortable with me enjoying my pregnant belly 🌟 #liveandletlive .”
In an interview earlier, Sameera had said “I want to ask a very important question: Where did all of you (trolls) come from? Everyone came out of their mom only, no? It is shameful (to troll)… because it is a natural process. It is so beautiful and amazing. There are sexy ones like Kareena [Kapoor Khan], who come out of it pretty hot and there are people like me, who take time.”
Well, her Instagram feed is proof that she is enjoying motherhood to the fullest. And when it comes to schooling her trollers, she knows how to give it back to them. More power to you!
