Remember when Rahul Krishna Vaidya proposed to his lady love, Disha Parmar, on Bigg Boss 14? Yes, it has been almost three months since then and their love story has progressed a lot further. And recently, their romance crossed another benchmark–their families have finally met! Yep, from Rahul’s ‘Disha, will you marry me’ to Disha’s ‘maine jawab bhej diya‘, the lovebirds have definitely come a long way!
Rahul’s mother, Geeta Vaidya, recently revealed that her future daughter-in-law came home to meet her after the iconic proposal. In fact, mommy dearest has even met with Disha’s parents and the lot have discussed the wedding already.
Soooo, when’s the big date? Well, that is yet to be confirmed as their parents are now waiting for Rahul to come out of the BB house. In a recent interview, Geeta said, “Yes, Disha has come home a couple of times, even I visited her house and I also spoke to her parents, and we have had a few discussions about marriage as well. Once Rahul is back, we will confirm the necessary (details), the date, and other things.” Well, we hope that Rahul reaches the grand finale but honestly, we also cannot wait for him to be back in the real world soon!
As of late, some rumours had been making rounds on the internet that Disha and Rahul had gotten engaged during the weeks when the singer had opted for a voluntary exit from the show. It was even hinted by host Salman Khan on a few Weekend Ka Vaar episodes that Rahul had left the house for Disha. Obviously, such rumours and hints got us all wondering but, the Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara actress recently dismissed all such claims.

While Disha has put an end to all the baseless rumours, she has been consistently supporting Rahul on Twitter. On the other hand, the singer is frequently spotted sporting his lady love’s dupatta on the show and honestly, all this long-distance romance make us go *aww*!
As Bigg Boss is currently featuring its ‘family week’–the luxury task where the gharwalas meet their family members–we wonder if this time, Disha will make an appearance to support her beau!
