Ever since Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ engagement news hit the media, thousands of boys may be heartbroken, but a lot of brides-to-be are sitting with bated breath for PeeCee’s shaadi looks. Bringing together the best of Hollywood and Bollywood, Priyanka and Nick’s wedding is going to be bigger than Virushka’s. Who’s Priyanka’s wedding makeup artist? Who will design her clothes? It’s safe to say that I spent the morning (getting late for work) trying to find a lipstick that looked like that and alas, one hour later…
Here’s what I found!
1. Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color – Cherry (Rs 1,700)
If you’re looking for a lipstick with buildable intensity, this is it. It’s creamy and the pigment can be built up to as much or as little as you want it to be.
2. NYX Professional Makeup Extra Creamy Round Lipstick – Chaos (Rs 380)
A drugstore favorite, this NYX lipstick is really extra creamy and richly pigmented. If you have dry lips, you will love this formula.
3. M.A.C Liptensity Lipstick – Mulling Spices (Rs 1,900)
The M.A.C liptensity lipsticks are creamy and long wearing. Even when the lipstick fades off, it will leave a beautiful a stain on your lips.
4. Wet n Wild Silk Finish Lipstick – Just Garnet (Rs 135)
Probably the most affordable lipstick from a GOOD brand, these silk finish lipsticks will remind you of your mom’s lipsticks back in the day. It’s classic creamy, pigmented lipstick but don’t expect them to last all day. You will have to reapply through the day.
These lipsticks have a cream finish with just the right amount of shine to give you juicy lips like Priyanka! You’re welcome, ladies!
