Back in June 2018, the actress, who has done it all, announced that she has something new and exciting for us in store. And that was her memoir, ‘Unfinished’. Saying that it “comes from a place of introspection and reflection into my life”, PC recently revealed that she has her hands on the first printed copy of the book. And now, she is making the wait for her memoir ever harder. The actress teased her fans with a series of Instagram posts, which consist of snippets from her journey so far.

Coming back to Priyanka’s book, the actress, who is ready to share her story with the world, began by sharing blank posts on her Insta handle, and captioned it, “Something’s coming”. She, then, posted a short video clip which has a collage of her childhood photo and the historic moment when she was crowned Miss World 2020. She simply captioned the video, “#unfinished”. Soon after, her fans (including us) jumped with joy as the video left us too excited. The Sky Is Pink actress also shared another video which showed a couple of her throwback pictures, and she captioned it, “#unfinished” too.

Unfinished is a collection of personal stories of the actress, which is to be published by Penguin Random House India. In August, PC shared a picture, which seemed like an unfinished cover of a book. It featured the name of the book–Unfinished–and the name of the author, Priyanka Chopra Jonas. She captioned the photo, “Finished. What an amazing feeling seeing these pages printed on paper for the first time! #Unfinished… coming soon!”
In her 2018 post, the actress shared with her fans that she is starting a “new chapter” in her life, saying that “checking something off your bucket list gives you an indescribable sense of accomplishment.” Talking about her inspiration for the book, Priyanka said, “I wanted to do more, live more, and achieve more, before putting pen to paper and exposing things I’ve always kept private to the world. But looking back on my life as a public person, I’m super proud of what I’ve done and where my life is right now. I’ve realized you don’t have to be finished to tell your story, and that sometimes life’s greatest lessons are taught along the ride…when you’re still figuring things out…when you’re #unfinished.”
