I love the basic white T-shirt so much that, if I could, I would get married in one and ditch the itch of a heavy blouse. But I don’t want to look like ‘that’ in my wedding pictures so I restrict my white tees to everyday casual but chic looks.
But now, thanks to Malaika Arora Khan, I and all of you can wear our favourite T-shirt to a fancy AF party and not look like a homeless person at all. Yesterday, Malaika’s stylist, Maneka Harisinghani, made her wear a white tee in the most glamorous yet minimal way, inspiring us to take our beloved t-shirt along on the next clubbing night.

She picked a simple white top by Misha Collection and added a pop of colour to it with a Pilar del Campo wrap skirt. They call is the ‘Tsunami’ skirt and rightly so! The metallic pink is pure love and pure gold.

But this outfit has a third hero piece too, and that’s the gold-toned Chanel necklace by Viange, a vintage designer jewellery store in India.

She completed the look with white pumps matching the tee, and voilà!
