Imran Khan may have acted in several films but we will always remember him for his stint in Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na. The cutie took our hearts away with his portrayal of the perfect boyfriend any girl would be lucky to have. We haven’t seen him in a similar avatar ever since. In fact, he’s been off the radar since his last release Katti Batti opposite Kangana Ranaut.
The actor recently came out of hiding when he was mistaken for Pakistani politician, possibly the next Prime Minister, and his namesake, Imran Khan.
We hadn’t experienced the witty side of Imran until he posted a screenshot of the email he received from the individual who mistook him for the ex-cricketer turned politician.
Imran took to his Instagram account to share this screengrab with the caption, “I guess I can no longer ignore the call to action. Gonna start drafting some policy outlines this week, I’ll keep you guys updated.”
Looks like he’s having fun and now, so are we.
