More often than not, putting together a foolproof look takes more than what meets the eye. Chances are that you, like us, usually resort to the ‘one person army’ approach for all things fashion, ranging from brainstorming to styling it right (helped sometimes by friends who are kind enough to lend a helping hand). But for celebrities, there is usually a bandwagon of experts to rely on. There’s the stylist, assistants, hair and makeup artists and even more, depending on who wants what. And while that’s a process not immune to its own challenges, what baffles us each time we see a faux pas is, why didn’t anyone from the team say anything!!

Speaking of fashion fails, Hina Khan’s recent look kinda walked itself into that territory and considering how she almost always has impeccable style, this one did nothing to match up.
How Much Print Is Too much Print?
Spotted by the paparazzi, the Bollywood actress and reality TV star wore a heavily printed (and when we say heavy, we mean HEAVY) outfit. It’s not as if the all over garish print(s) even looked like anything at all. Remember how you would doodle in the corner of your notebook while sitting on the last bench and waiting for a class to be over? Pretty much the same approach. Also whoever thought of styling it this way needs to work out their feelings about what they were really going for. Now we can talk at length about the kurta meets joggers look with prints aplenty but to narrow it down, some thoughts.
- Hina, what even were you thinking?
- Though thanks for the heads up on how not to wear blue.
- If someone is holding you hostage, blink twice.
- Maybe avoid the one-leg-of-the-jogger-pulled-up look à la Akshay Kumar (if you know you know)
- Does it have pockets to house our feelings about it?
- Is that combination print a secret message to the aliens we know nothing about?
