In the past year, it is our festivals that have brought us whatever little joy and excitement that we could manage, thanks to the pandemic. All this while, they have served as much-needed reminders of the life that lies ahead and better days that are to come. That’s why they need to be celebrated with all the more zeal right now (while paying heed to the pandemic protocol, of course). Today is Eid-ul-Adha and our Bollywood and TV celebs are celebrating the festival with that exact spirit. Here’s a sneak peek into their Eid Celebrations:
Hina Khan
It’s been a tough year for Hina Khan but as she says, she is “Daddy’s strong girl” and is channelling the same energy in her Eid posts. Earlier today, she took to Instagram to share pictures in a cherry red outfit and we are definitely in love with her festive ensemble. In the pictures, Hina can be seen posing in a peplum chikankari kurti and a matching sharara. The actress has also been posting regular updates and seems like it is an at-home and responsible Eid for her this time around.
Huma Qureshi
Seems like Huma Qureshi is celebrating this Eid with lots of good food and kebabs and her Instagram caption says it all. “Eid Mubarak!! Peace Joy Light and Kebabs !! My duas for the whole world,” it reads. She has also posted pictures of her in a solid yellow anarkali and printed dupatta.
Sana Makbul
Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 contestant, Sana Makbul is celebrating this Eid with her girl gang and has been keeping us updated on her Instagram stories. The actress has opted for a gorgeous kashidakari kurta and we are in love with the look.
Gauahar Khan
Gauahar Khan wrapped up her work assignments and landed in Mumbai earlier today. She posted a picture of her super festive airport look that featured a breezy lime green suit set. The actress also did an Instagram Live where she showed how she is glamming us for the festival.
Maanayata Dutt
Maanayata Dutta took to her Instagram feed to send out her Eid wishes and wrote. “May the eternal peace from heaven embrace your life on this Eid-al-Adha and fill it with uncountable blessings. 🤗😇❤️” Along with the wish, she has posted a picture of her in a floral green kurta and a beautifully flushed makeup look.

Earlier today, Aamna Sharif brightened our Instagram feed with pictures of her in floral lilac anarkali and a matching scalloped kurta. Well, dressing up to the nines is definitely one way of celebrating and Aamna surely has aced in that department.
Arjun Bijlani
Arjun Bijlani showed up on our Instagram feeds in his festive best. The actor posted a reel wishing everyone Eid Mubarak and also showed off his look for the day. He wore a traditional bandhgala complete with a shawl and a kufi cap. “Eid Mubarak #eidmubarak . Khuda aap sabko dher saari khushiyaan de !!,” his Instagram caption read.
