Probably the closest thing India is going to get to a royal wedding is the big DeepVeer shaadi that’s underway. The pre-wedding festivities have already begun with Ranveer’s haldi ceremony and DP’s puja pictures flooding our Instagram feeds. They are arguably one of the most beloved couples in all of B-town and fans want to know every tiny detail of their grand celebrations.
The latest scoop that we have about the ‘it’ couple is that Deepika has already shopped for her mangalsutra and it contains a solitaire. Well, obviously a rock that big is going to cost you the big bucks and this special piece of jewellery costs Rs. 20 lakh.

Sources also claim that DP has spent a total sum of Rs. 1 crore on her entire jewellery. She even picked out a chain for her fiancé. All this she picked up from a leading store in Andheri, Mumbai. The showroom owing to the star’s visit was closed down half an hour early.
It is also being speculated that Deepika and Ranveer are going to be wearing silver jewellery for their D-Day, coz you know, gold and platinum are so passé.
