The wait for 2021 is finally over and just like everyone else, Bollywood stars too bid adieu to the whirlwind of a year that was 2020 in style, albeit in more low-key, intimate settings. Small gatherings and safe getaways marked the beginning of the year for many B-town stars. Speaking of getaways, joining the bandwagon were power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who opted for a short trip to Rajasthan to ring in the new year.

Into The Wilderness
For ringing in the new year, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh chose to visit Rajasthan where they were joined by close family members. While the former has wiped her Instagram clean of all posts, save an audio diary that she posted for 2021, Ranveer Singh posted a picturesque snapshot from Ranthambore.
Along with the family, the duo was also seen visiting the famous Ranthambore National Park which lies in Sawai Madhopur as they stepped out for a safari, all geared up in casual outfits and masks in place. The couple was also seen twinning in similar hoodies, with Deepika Padukone layering hers with a chic green jacket while Ranveer Singh opted for long coat and a beanie. The location seemed to be a popular destination with stars this season, with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor also spotted vacationing there.
