On our morning Instagram scroll, there is nothing better than discovering wedding pictures of a gorgeous wedding. The cherry on top is when both the families (bride and groom’s) dress up in sync. That’s exactly what this couple did! Taking colour-coordination to another level, this bride and groom are giving us all the inspiration we need.
While colour-coordinated wedding outfits ensure great pictures, they also sometimes run the risk of looking more cheesy than cute. It’s important to strike a balance to avoid going overboard. Take a cue from Geetika and Jasjeet, who chose a pastel colour palette for their own wedding outfits as well as for their families.
Geetika and Jasjeet Virk had a dreamy summer wedding in Corona, California. Geetika chose to wear a dusty rose lehenga by Anita Dongre, which was perfectly complemented by Jasjeet’s beige anarkali kurta with a pastel green border. Add colour-coordinated varmalas and the groom’s pagdi to that, and you have the perfect summer wedding ensemble.
Both the families came together for a picture-perfect wedding portrait. While the bridesmaids wore hues of pink and purple, the groomsmen stood out in green turbans. Now that’s what we call Pinterest-worthy coordination, straight out of a pastel mood board!

Another thing that’s taking Geetika’s wedding pictures up a notch is her photoshoot with her bridesmaids. Geetika chose a theme based on the 2018 American heist comedy film, Ocean’s 8 for the shoot with her bridesmaids. Take a look at their pictures:
