Hey Bigg Boss fans! The moment you’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived. Sidharth Shukla has been announced the winner of Bigg Boss 13. Salman Khan made the announcement amidst intense drama as Sidharth went up against Asim Riaz.
The show opened with a plan of 105 days but got a five-week extension in the middle of the show due to the increasing popularity. Bigg Boss 13 has been an exciting mix of entertainment and drama that managed to keep its audience enthralled for nearly five months. And the madness has finally settled with Sidharth walking away with the trophy.
Sidharth Shukla, Paras Chhabra, Arti Singh, Asim Riaz, Rashami Desai and Shehnaaz Gill became the six finalists of Bigg Boss 13, after Mahira Sharma was unexpectedly evicted in the middle of the week. Since it was the longest season of the show, the makers had decided to go with six finalists instead of five this time. Considering their popularity, Sidharth and Asim were our top picks in the race for the trophy this year. #AsimRiazForTheWin has been trending on Twitter since yesterday and a lot of celebrities have been only rooting for him. In the last week, ghar ka mahaul was the complete opposite of what it has been throughout the show. The contestants were emotional and nostalgic towards the end of the show.
After surviving all the highs and lows in the Bigg Boss house, all the six contestants were given a chance to relive their journey through a video. Every contestant was emotional as they watched the video in the presence of their fans and supporters in the house.
