In India, the festival of Eid means a Salman Khan movie. Every year, bhaijaan releases a new film on the auspicious occasion of Eid, just like Shah Rukh Khan releases on Diwali and Aamir Khan around Christmas. This year, it was Bharat‘s turn to hit the theatres.

The Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani and Jackie Shroff starrer has been in the news ever since Priyanka Chopra’s wedding to Nick Jonas was in rumours. For those who need context – PC was originally cast to play Katrina’s role and she had agreed to do the film, but at the last minute, she backed out to plan her wedding. This, of course, didn’t sit well with Salman.

Now that Bharat has finally released, reviews are pouring in by the second.
