Ayushmann recalled attending Tahira’s birthday party for the first time in 2001 during their school days. And be warned guys, this nostalgic note will really trigger some waterworks.
“This day in 2001 was the first time I’d attended your birthday. It was a Sunday and my dad had allowed me to take his car for your party. And out of all your school friends you’d chosen to sit in my car. It was quite overwhelming for me as I was from an all boys school. Thank you for choosing me. I owe everything to you. The couple rang in Tahira’s birthday with much pomp and splendour. In fact, Ayushmann’s brother Aparshakti and wife Aakriti took to Instagram to share a video from the fun celebration where the family can be seen having the time of their lives. Ayushmann and Aparshakti were spotted whistling as Tahira laughed and pointed out that the candle and knife were missing!

Tahira and Ayushmann tied the knot back in 2008 and celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary in November 2020. Tahira Kashyap has been inspiring people with the story of her battle with breast cancer and depression. Apart from this, the author and filmmaker has won us over time and again by talking about real-life problems and with her outspoken attitude.
