They may not be royal by blood, but the Kapoors are definitely Bollywood royalty. So you can guess how excited fans were when the entire Kapoor khandaan reunited for a family event. Armaan Jain, who is late Raj Kapoor’s grandson and Rima Jain’s son, hosted a roka ceremony to mark his upcoming nuptials.
As expected, it was a glamourous affair, and the list of attendees included Kareena Kapoor-Saif Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor with her kids, her mother Babita, Neetu and Rishi Kapoor, among others. The entire clan was dress to kill and didn’t disappoint fans with their outfits.
Kareena looked like literal fire in her all-red salwaar-kameez set–her outfit was simple yet bright. She accessorised her look with statement jhumkas, which stood out thanks to her slick bun. Her makeup was classy yet bold, with a dark, smokey eye and nude-pink lips. The finishing touch to her outfit was just a hint of sindoor on her head.
Saif, on the other hand, looked dashing as ever in an all-white kurta-pyjama, which he wore under a classy white Nehru jacket. Don’t they look so good together, walking arm in arm?
It wasn’t just Saif who impressed in white. The groom-to-be, Armaan Jain, was also dressed in a white kurta-pyjama, and topped it with a white jacket. His to-be wife, Anissa Malhotra, stunned in a blush pink lehenga with subtle embellishments. Her accessories were minimal, as was her makeup. She wore her hair down in loose curls–simple yet classy!

Bebo’s older sister Lolo, aka the beautiful Karisma Kapoor, attended the ceremony with her kids Samira and Kiian, as well as her mother Babita. Karisma and her kids were all dressed in shades of white, while Babita chose a parrot green outfit. Look how happy they look posing for the shutterbugs together!
The star-studded affair also saw the attendance of the who’s who of Mumbai, including Neetu and Rishi Kapoor, Tara Sutaria and even NCP MLA Supriya Sule.
Well, it certainly seemed like THE event to be at in Mumbai last night. We’re still waiting for our invite, but in the meantime, we’ll make do with the glam pictures.
