Guess which couple got sneakily snapped at the Mumbai airport? It’s the paparazzi’s favourite pair, Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora! The lovebirds were spotted at the airport late Monday night. The duo has been grabbing a lot of headlines lately, mostly because of the rumours about their upcoming wedding.
The couple might not have made their relationship official but they recently walked in holding hands for the screening of Arjun’s movie India’s Most Wanted. Weeks after their subtle public declaration of love, Arjun Kapoor is jetting off for a romantic vacation with his ladylove Malaika Arora.
For her airport look, Malaika picked a casual getup. She was wearing a bright red tracksuit by Fendi and accessorised the look with a black Fendi bag, a pair of classic white sneakers and stylish sunglasses. Arjun, on the other hand, went for a black t-shirt, blue denims and a cap.
Their vacation seems to be a mystery but fans obviously couldn’t stop speculating. Some of them guessed that the two must be going to celebrate Arjun’s birthday, on June 26. One of them even commented on the post, “Vacay for birthday?”
According to the grapevine, Arjun and Malaika are traveling to New York City, where they will ring in Arjun’s 34th birthday together. Arjun Kapoor is currently busy filming Panipat and the actor appears to have taken a short break from his hectic work schedule to celebrate his special day with Malaika. Isn’t that cute?
This is not the first time Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora have taken a trip together. Earlier this year, they reportedly went on a vacation to the Maldives. They updated their Insta stories with snapshots of the pristine beaches of the island. However, they were never seen together in the pictures.
In an earlier interview, Arjun Kapoor admitted his love for Malaika, “We’ve come out because we feel the media has given us dignity.” Speaking about his wedding plans, Arjun further said, “I am not getting married. If I am getting married I will speak about it openly. There is no reason for me to hide it. It is not something I can hide from people. If I am not hiding anything now, why will I hide my marriage?”
On the work front, Arjun Kapoor is awaiting the release of Sandeep Aur Pinky Farar while he’s currently filming Ashutosh Gowariker’s Panipat, which also features Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon.
