While the actress has always loved her straight hair, she was seen flaunting her curls in her recent looks. Should we call it Kangana effect? Maybe, maybe not but we absolutely adore the way Ankita is carrying her new hairstyle.
Recently, Ankita Lokhande attended the success bash of Manikarnika. She was seen partying with Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel. To address the media, both Ankita and Kangana wore a sari. While Kangana kept it traditional in a white and red sari, Ankita complemented her gorgeous curls with a pink moonga silk sari from Neeta Lulla. Keeping in mind the drama created by Ankita’s curls, her stylist Aakansha Kapoor made sure that Ankita’s overall look is in harmony with her hair and makeup.
Ankita paired her pink and chartreuse green outfit with an easy low bun and curls which added some natural volume to her hairstyle. Not just that, Ankita is also making tiny bindis popular again. The best part is, she’s keeping the essence of her character Jhalkaribai alive by wearing the bindi in the centre of her forehand instead of wearing it in the middle of the eyebrows. And no, the drama doesn’t end here. Ankita even chose to go for a dramatic winged eyeliner. She kept the application over her lashline thick and it looked stunning.
