Where’s the party tonight?!
Well, we are not sure about that, but there was a grand birthday party at Karan Johar’s residence on Sunday night. And before you guess, it was not KJo’s special day but that of his favourite Student. Yep, it is Alia Bhatt’s birthday today and we are so excited!
While the Dear Zindagi actress is ringing in her 28th birthday with lots of work, her friends decided to make her special day more happening. Karan hosted a grand birthday bash at his place on March 14 and obviously, all of B-town was there. Unfortunately, Alia’s beau Ranbir Kapoor could not be a part of the celebration. The actor is currently in quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19.
Nevertheless, the gala was attended by many Bollywood celebrities and here’s a peek at the guest list.
The OG Host & His Splashes
While the host did not make any public appearance, he shared a glimpse of his OOTN on his Instagram story. Karan captioned the picture and wrote, “Splashes” that described his ultra-chic printed shirt perfectly. Honestly, we are loving KJo’s nerdy glasses and think they makes him look super dapper.
The Dazzling Birthday Girl
Alia arrived at her birthday party looking super glamm and glitzy. She wore a dazzling outfit in black and red and looked absolutely stunning.

It would be quite tough to decide who looked the best at the party. But if given an option, Aditya Roy Kapur would definitely be in the top three. I mean, just look at him! The Kalank actor was dressed in a black shirt with little skulls printed on the side.
Ayan Mukerji & Shashank Khaitan
Alia Bhatt’s close friend and Brahmastra director was spotted at the party as well. And, so was Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya director, Shashank Khaitan. Interestingly enough, Shashank, Alia, and Varun Dhawan are already discussing the third instalment of the HSKD franchise and honestly, we are super excited!
Aryan Khan
Aryan Khan was also spotted at the birthday bash looking extremely cool in a casual black tee. He had his mask on the entire time just like many other celebs.
