I mean, how many times have you seen a Vicky Kaushal or Ranveer Singh film because you find them too darn hot, eh?
Kareena Kapoor Khan, a superstar herself, too had a crush on another actor. She was 10 years old when she first saw Aashiqui and developed such an enormous crush on the film’s lead, Rahul Roy, that she ended up watching the film some eight times! The 37-year-old actress revealed this secret on the dance reality show, Dance India Dance, where she appears as a judge. And, as expected, all hell broke loose. The actor is the face of some of Bollywood’s evergreen songs such as Bas Ek Sanam Chaahiye, Nazar Ke Samne and Dheere Dheere Se, which incidentally are all from Aashiqui. No wonder Kareena fell for him. Almost 30 years later, his fans still aren’t over the film and his character in it. They still leave loving messages on his social media handles and request him to come back to movies.

Recently, the ‘Aashiqui boy’ reacted to the news of the Begum’s crush on him saying that he was taken by surprise. Initially, he posted a screenshot of a news article carrying the story on his Instagram and wrote, “I’m speechless” in the caption. But it seems the curse was broken this morning as Rahul wrote a long and heartfelt response for Kareena.
He wrote, “Last couple of days I’ve been reading the news of the kind words Kareena has said about me .. I was speechless of the compliment as it took me by surprise but I do have to applaud her for always being honest and candid a quality all of us (fans) yes me included have admired her for ..can we expect anything less .. I hope to work with her too as I had worked with her extremely talented and beautiful sister Karisma .. God bless you always and remain the shining example u are to all.” Awww!
We wonder what Kareena would have to say to his sweet sweet reply.
