Expiry dates are put based on best case scenarios. A month after expiry of dry products isn't harmful..they put expiry on stuff like almond, cashew etc but they don't get expired in the real sense of it. They just become less nutritious or smell like old oil if not stored properly. Still on a safer side, if you wanna use it on skin, do a patch test first and if you wanna use in food, taste it in a very less quantity and see from 24 hrs in both the cases how your skin/body reacts to it.

Its in the label it a food products shows a best before date that means it can be use after that but it will not be worth it as it have lost there nutrient content now But if a food products comes with ... expire or use by date one should not use that product after that date !

if it comes with an expiry date plz do not ever use it beyond its expiration cz it can b harmful to ur skin n whatever use u want to do from it 😕 plz don't use any product which is expired
