Last night was nothing but magical. Sonam looked gorgeous in a white and gold creation by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla (AJSK) and most guests followed the dress code — Shades of White. Sonam’s wedding seems to have a classic Punjabi theme underlining it — with Punjabi rockstar Sukhbir playing DJ and performing as well. From Karan Johar to Jacqueline, Shilpa Shetty and daddy Anil Kapoor, dancing videos surfaced on Instagram and we couldn’t help but wish that we were a part of this big fat Punjabi wedding!
But the main highlight of all the dance performances was Sonam grooving to her latest track Tareefan from Veere Di Wedding with her soon-to-be-husband, Anand Ahuja right next to her. He was almost blushing! While Sonam made the cutest, most bindaas bride, Anand was a little shy every time he was called on the dance floor. And that was such an adorable moment! Check it out!
And then came the real Badshah of all things crazy. How CAN you not have Badshah if it’s a Punjabi wedding? Apart from Tareefan, his latest hit from Veere Di Wedding featuring Sonam Kapoor, Badshah joined in the celebrations and rocked the bash as he sang his most popular DJ song, ‘DJ wale Babu Mera Gaana Baja De’.
