It feels like Bigg Boss 16 is yet to end for the mandli members. Abdu Rozik has been giving a lot of controversial statements against MC Stan and the situation is getting even more intense than the BB house.
While other Mandli members have been mum on the topic, Shiv Thakare broke his silence recently. He dismissed the rumours of the gang falling apart. He said in an interaction with a popular media platform, “When I heard about these stories of the rift between Abdu and MC, I was surprised and worried. Aisa kab hua? I asked both about it but nothing happened. It’s a minor misunderstanding.”
However, Shiv’s statement doesn’t seem to be entirely true. In fact, Abdu just made things worse with his latest Insta story. Read on for the truth behind the entire drama:
Abdu Openly Attacks MC Stans & His Fans
In the latest turn of events, Abdu shared a Twitter screenshot of his fan talking about how Stan’s supporters are “height shaming” him on social media. There were also allegations of racial abuse. The tweet also touched on how “Abdu will be obviously hurt now that Stan ignores and has ceased contact” with him.
Abdu added fuel to the fire by posting this story with a song from MC Stan’s mentor Emiway Bantai. The song is from a diss battle between the two rappers and has a lot of bad words used against Stan. Abdu left little to the imagination by adding the caption, “Song dedicated to chapri gang.”
Considering Abdu’s Insta is handled by people who very well understand both English and Hindi, it is obvious that the singer and his team knew what they were doing!
Here’s What Went Wrong Between Abdu & Stan
In March beginning, Abdu left the fans shocked by declaring “Mandli khatam” during a Bangalore event.
This led to a lot of speculations and many claimed that Abdu was mad at Stan for refusing to make a song with him.
Abdu then addressed the rumours in an Insta live and asked why Stan was giving false statements. He also said that Stan has drifted apart and doesn’t care about answering his calls anymore. He shared, “When I call MC Stan he doesn’t say hi or Salam, he directly disconnects the call on my face. Everyone is coming and asking me about MC Stan. Do you really think I will ever speak badly for MC Stan? Whenever he was sad in the Bigg Boss house I was with him, every time. Now, he is going around saying in the media that I told him to promote my song, why he is doing that?”
Abdu addressed the rumours again during the ‘Haq Se Mandli Party’ thrown by Shiv. He interacted with the media and declared that his friendship was over with Stan. He also taunted the rapper by saying, “I am not saying I want to make a song with Stan. MC Stan is saying Abdu is fighting with me and calling me to make a song. I am not saying this. Why is he talking wrong things? I only called him to post about my song ‘pyaar’ once. But I have real 8 million followers. Why would I need MC Stan’s posts?”
Did MC Stan Say Something About Abdu?
While Abdu has accused Stan of spreading rumours, the rapper hasn’t given any official statements on the feud. He is busy giving interviews post the Bigg Boss 16 win and has been performing at back-to-back concerts. However, during his interview with Ranveer Allahbadia, Stan did talk about Abdu. He only had good things to say though. He called Abdu “cute” and referred to him as a “farishta” (angel). However, all of this happened before Abdu’s controversial media statements. The fans are eagerly waiting for Stan’s comment on the drama!
Well, the mandli members are clearly suffering from a case of Bigg Boss 16 hangover. I hope they are able to mend their differences and be friends again!
