It started in May with Deepika representing Louis Vuitton in San Diego as the brand’s new House Ambassador. Next week, she was making headlines at the Festival de Cannes 2022 where she served as a jury member and gave us some head-turning red carpet looks. It has hardly been a month since the conclusion of the Cannes Film Festival and DP has already found her way back to the international limelight. Any guesses about what’s cooking? Well, the Gehraiyaan actress was recently spotted jetting off to some undisclosed location and we now know what she has been up to.
Deepika is currently attending a high-profile event in Madrid for the French jewellery brand, Cartier. Rumours are going strong that the brand is gonna name her their new global ambassador and we gotta say, we saw it coming! Throughout the Cannes Film Festival, Deepika remained especially committed to Cartier jewels and gave us some remarkable looks in statement chokers from the brand. Clearly, something major was cooking and now that it is almost final, we feel super excited about a new brand being added to DP’s endorsement kitty. Deepika Padukone graced the launch event for Cartier’s latest Beautés du Monde collection in a graceful white gown. The garment featured a tulle panelled skirt and a silk bodice that featured exaggerated ruffle-like detail on the waist. She strategically chose a plunging neckline to highlight her asymmetrical Cartier necklace.
Deepika finished off her look with a wavy updo and stuck to her signature nude lippie and intense eye makeup look. All in all, the fashionista looked gorgeous in the Madrid sun (we do hope she used her sunscreen though).
