Ever since Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged, everyone’s been waiting for updates on their shaadi plans! The rumour mills have been running overtime, trying to speculate the wedding venue of the couple. While we might be a few months away from witnessing their big-fat Indian wedding, we just got our hands on a massive update about their reception!
A few days ago, the buzz had it that Parineeti and Raghav might be hosting two reception parties, one in Chandigarh and one in Delhi. However, a source close to their families revealed to a media portal that they will now be hosting just one merged reception in The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel. The source also shared that the Parineeti and Raghav’s parents, Pawan Chopra-Reena Chopra and Sunil Chadha-Alka Chadha, went to the aforementioned hotel for a food-tasting session earlier this week.
The source shared, “On Friday, there was a buzz in the hotel that Parineeti, Raghav, and their families would be coming for a food tasting around 7:00 pm, but then it was moved to 9:00 pm. A lady, reportedly their manager, who was coordinating on their behalf had already reached the venue at 8:30 pm. Around 9:45 pm, both their parents arrived at the hotel for the food tasting. There was information that they (Parineeti and Raghav) both would also come, but they didn’t show up and only the families tasted the food.” The insider also revealed how the lavish menu looked apt for an occasion like a reception party. They said, “The food tasting might have been for a grand reception in Delhi NCR, as Raghav, whose birthplace is Delhi and is a politician, so he has most of his friends, closed ones and guests in Delhi. It didn’t look like they came in search of a wedding venue.”
When Pari & Raghav Were Rumoured To Be Married In Udaipur!
For the past couple of months, Parineeti and Raghav have been busy hunting for the perfect shaadi venue. Amidst all this, the buzz had it that the couple finally zeroed in on a luxurious property in Udaipur for their wedding. Reportedly, Parineeti and Raghav were rumoured to have finalised The Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur. The property is located on the banks of Lake Pichola and is spread over a huge landscape of luxuriant gardens overlooking the beautiful lake.
