Their festivities are going to start today, and the wedding ceremony will take place on December 9. The latest buzz is that Vicky and Katrina might visit the Trinetra Ganesh Temple before their wedding to start their new beginning on an auspicious note. Apparently, it was the locals of the district who advised the team members of the couple to ask them to visit the holy place.
About The Temple
The temple was built in the year 1300 AD by King Hammira, and it’s the only temple in the country to feature the entire family of Lord Ganesha. It houses idols of Lord Ganesha, Riddhi, Siddhi (his wives), two sons (Shub and Labh), the idol of Mushak (mouse), and is located around 32 km from Six Senses. Newlyweds and couples tying the knot visit the famous place of worship from across the country to seek the blessings of God.
Confirmed Guest List
A lot has been said about Vicky and Katrina’s guest list in the past few days. Earlier, it was being reported that the two have invited most of the A-list celebs from the industry. Next, we heard rumours of them keeping it low-key. And now, we hear that most of the celebrities have sent in their confirmations and will be a part of Vicky and Kat’s event. The list includes names such as Sara Ali Khan, Karan Johar, Farah Khan, Alia Bhatt, Angad Bedi, Neha Dhupia, Sunny Kaushal’s girlfriend Sharvari Wagh, Kabir Khan, Yasmin Karachiwala including others.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli, Rohit Shetty, Hrithik Roshan and Ali Abbas Zafar might also be present at the wedding. That’s not all fam, a source at the hotel confirmed that the couple’s wedding planners have booked eight to ten tents for VVIP guests. Sounds star-studded AF!
