Lady Whistledown Is Back! 9 Thoughts We Had While Watching Bridgerton Season 2 Teaser

It is edgier, steamier and saucier! Yes, we are talking about season 2 of the popular period drama Bridgerton. The show’s teaser dropped online and we have been watching it on loop since morning. NGL, it is absolutely gripping and we can’t wait for all the drama to unfold ASAP. Ever since season 1 ended with some scandalous, sweet and shocking surprises, we were counting days to catch up with Lady Whistledown.

And finally, the show’s teaser is here! The season will follow the eldest Bridgerton, Anthony (Johnathan Bailey), as he embarks on his journey to find a wife after getting dumped by Siena (Sabrina Bartlett). While he is mending his broken heart, Anthony has finally arrived in the marriage market.

While watching the teaser of the show, we had tons of thoughts. As Lady Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell) would say, ‘let’s hurry along my dears!’

  1. “Dear gentle readers, did you miss me?” We have been waiting to hear these words for so long now. Lady Whistledown is here to spill the tea and we can’t wait for it.

2. Has Eloise decided to join the world of matchmaking and drama?

4. On a totally unrelated note, where can we get these British gowns and fans?

5. Watching Kate fan herself is almost too hot to handle!

6. After wondering about Lady Whiltedown’s identity for the entire season 1, it is fun to watch Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) write the scandalous newsletter.

8. This teaser has given us absolutely no update about the Featherington sisters. Who is gonna get all the property now?

9. There is only one thing that can make this season extra special— an someone please get Simon Basset (Regé-Jean Page) back? We miss him!
