“In sickness and in health…” are just words until someone comes along and gives them meaning. Shatakshi Barve, an Obygyn physiotherapist by profession, got to experience it first-hand.
Shatakshi recently took to her Instagram to share how she met with a major accident 45 days before her wedding. In the clip, she showed her whole recovery journey until the day she got married. Shatakshi shared they had to delay their wedding by two months as she was unable to walk. She had to undergo surgery and it took her a long time to recover. However, it was her groom, Dr Prateek Modi, who made it a cakewalk for Shatakshi by standing with her like a rock.
From their engagement to the wedding day, Prateek carried Shatakshi in his arms whenever it was needed. The groom even carried his bride while they were giving a dance performance and taking pheras. If this is not true love then I don’t know what is!
But that’s not it! In another video, Shatakshi revealed how Prateek stayed by her side from the moment he got to know about her accident. He donated blood, stayed in the ICU, and visited her in the hospital every single day. Honestly, where can I find a man like him?
