We’re always excited about reality shows that give us a sneak peek into the oh-so-glamorous lives of our fave celebs. And maybe that’s why the The Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives ranks super high on our list of must-watch series. It chronicles the BTS moments of four independent and fierce women—Maheep Kapoor, Seema Khan, Bhavana Pandey, and Neelam Kothari. And NGL, we just can’t get enough of them and their take on B-town.
After a long, nail-biting wait, the makers finally announced the making of season 2 of the show. And recently, we were blessed with the trailer that TBH, blew our minds. Not only did the women prove that they could look fab at any age but were unabashedly honest and spoke about topics that are usually brushed under the rug. Take a look:
And now, the new teaser just dropped, but unlike the trailer, it failed to receive a green signal from the fans. In this new clip, the four women Maheep, Seema, Bhavana, and Neelam were seen on a safari jeep, enjoying what looks like a scenic view of a jungle. And it’s here that they encountered a wild cat and the women panicked and began to scream.
Netizens were totally unamused and began to call the women out for ‘overacting’. While one social media user commented “This is so cringe”, another quipped “Lmao…the driver must be fully entertained throughout their safari”. There was one user who also said, “Nothing about this is fabulous, if your Bollywood wives are screaming around wild animals you can do better than that, come on Netflix“. Ouch, that must’ve totally hurt.
While we do agree the teaser was a bit much, we’re sure the show has so more to offer. So if you ask us, we can’t wait for all the cat fights to unfold and drama to unravel.
