It is raining sequels in the telly world! After shows like Saathiya Nibhaana Sathiya, Pavitra Rishta, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Sasural Simar Ka launched their new seasons, it is time for another déjà vu moment for daily soap fans. Sasural Genda Phool is coming back with an all-new season!
Season 2 has Jay Soni playing the role of Ishaan Kashyap once again. Meanwhile, Shagun Sharma has stepped into the shoes of Ragini Khanna as Suhani. NGL, we are pretty stoked about the show!
Unlike the usual saas-bahu sagas of the early 2010s, Sasural Genda Phool was actually a pretty chill show. There was over-the-top drama but also sweet family moments (remember how cute badi maa was?)
In case you have forgotten about the show’s premise, here’s a quick recap: Ishaan and Suhani get married on the insistence of the latter’s dad. Even though they find it hard to connect initially, they fall in love eventually. Their journey as a couple made the show relatable AF!

We have so many questions about this promo! Are Suhani and Ishaan not together anymore? Why is she asking him to re-marry? Who are these women in the pictures? If Ishaan was hallucinating the entire time, where is Suhani?
