Tejasswi is being targeted unnecessarily. The makers are trying to make her look bad. Salman Khan hates Teja. She is being set up.
These are some of the statements that we have been hearing from Tejasswi Prakash’s fans of late. Maybe, all of it is true. However, we do have a question before we give her the benefit of doubt. Barring Karan Kundrra, has Tejasswi had any conversation with the rest of the gharwalas without acting like an imbecile? Interestingly, we don’t have to go too far in the past to prove our point. Last night’s Bigg Boss 15 episode should suffice.
Things got pretty intense in BB house last night when Shamita Shetty and Tejasswi were pitched against each other for the janta task. The two actresses had to play hotel attendants while the rest of them had to act like guests. During the task, someone suggested that Tejasswi should give a back massage to Karan. Everything was going alright until Shamita was also asked to get involved in the act by the live audience who were judging the task. The actress took it as a sport and sat on Karan’s back to give him a massage. It did not go well with Tejasswi at all and she did not think twice before pulling Shamita by the leg in a manner that would have definitely made her fall had Pratik not been around. Here, watch the video:
Shamita did not react to Tejasswi’s problematic behaviour even after all the pulling and aggression and tried pacifying her by saying that it’s just a task. However, Teja was in no mood to stop and ended up referring to Shamita as an “aunty.” The latter did not take it too well and the two ended up getting into a heated argument.
Now, while Tejasswi might have given a plethora of explanations for her behaviour last night, we don’t buy any of it anymore. It is clear that she needs to calm down with her possessiveness for Karan. But more importantly, she should respect people when she always expects to be respected by them. We are really disappointed by her behaviour in last night’s episode and here are some things that we wish Tejasswi reads once she is out of the Bigg Boss house.
It is the intention that counts!
After realising that she had messed up last night, Tejasswi was quick to cover it up by saying ‘but what is the problem in the word “aunty”?’ We do agree with her here. There is nothing wrong with the word “aunty.” However, we also believe that it is the intention that counts and more often than not the word used to demean women. Tejasswi’s tone was no different last night and the contempt was almost showing in her body language.
Double Standards Much, Tejasswi Prakash?
After last night’s fiasco, viewers have dug out an old video of Tejasswi from Ladies Vs Gentlemen where she is talking about how being called an “aunty” is something that most women find “derogatory.” Yes, talk about the double standards! Dear Tejasswi, maybe it won’t hurt if you could just practice as you preach. No?
A Winner Is As A Winner Does
Right now, everyone is almost convinced that Tejasswi is on her way to win Bigg Boss 15. Now, while she might take the trophy home, we definitely do not see her as a winner anymore. Firstly, it is really off-putting to see how the actress can never see the error of her ways and always has a ludicrous explanation even for things that are clearly her fault. Besides her magnanimous ego, we also can’t unsee how she has been making personal attacks on Shamita all this while. Last night, she did not just use the word “aunty” for Shamita but also tried justifying it by saying, “wo mujhe insecure bolti hai. Maine toh use kabhi nahi bola wo apni age ko lekar insecure hai.”
Long things short, we are tired of Tejasswi’s problematic behaviour at this point and would be rather disappointed to see such a tone-deaf winner!
