We’re anticipating quite a few celeb weddings in 2023 including that of KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty! The couple has been dating for quite some time and recently moved in together. Rumours about their shaadi plans have been circulating ever since. In fact, Suniel Shetty recently added fuel to the fire by hinting that the big day is right around the corner. Guess what? As per the grapevine, the couple’s wedding festivities will take place from January 21 to January 23, 2023. Their family and close friends are preparing for the shaadi of the year in full swing. The bride and the groom have their outfits set as well. A source told us that KL Rahul and Athiya will send out invitations and ask people to save the dates by the end of December! The source also revealed that it will be a traditional South Indian wedding. The couple has also opted for haldi, mehendi, and sangeet functions to amp up the festivities.
The Dreamy Location
Athiya and Rahul are following in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s footsteps as they’ve decided to ditch exotic destinations and 5-star hotels. The lovebirds are all set to get married at Suniel Shetty’s bungalow, Jahaan in Khandala. Athiya has grown up in that house and it holds a special place in her heart. Beautiful, right? According to close sources, a famous wedding planner along with his team has already visited Khandala to do a recce for the same.
