I think it’s safe to establish that this Rakhi, the little ones stole the show from their adult counterparts with their adorable pictures and tiny desi outfits. I swear, we’ve never had a cuter Raksha Bandhan celebration in Bollywood until now.
Whether it was Karan Johar’s son, Yash, and his cute Rakhi moment with “Big sister” Alia.
Or Inaaya Kemmu‘s teeny tiny salwar suit in pink and yellow!
All the celeb kids’ Rakhi outfits were too stylish to handle. But Taimur Ali Khan, being the Nawab that he is, caught our attention with his multiple outfit changes. You know, like our moms used to make us change as kids – one outfit for Dadi house and the other one for Nani house! Here, have a look.
Outfit 1
He wore a kurta-pyjama set in a baby pink and white colour combination to his bua, Soha’s house. As on-point as his traditional outfit was, the playful sibling banter between Taimur, Inaaya, Sara Ali Khan, and Ibrahim was pure love.
Thanks a lot, Soha and Sara, for blessing us with good karma this weekend. Moving on to the second outfit.
Outfit 2
To Maasi Karisma’s house, Taimur’s pink kurta was replaced with a blue one, and a white Nehru jacket matching his pyjamas from outfit 1 was added to complete the look. He also had a toy horse as an accessory, something that our parents, too, have done to keep us busy during special occasions aka licensed cranky days. But, oh, the cuteness!
We sure would like to trade our lives with Samiera and Kiaan. Won’t you?
It’s amazing how he had two different hairstyles complementing his two different looks, something that even we miss out on at times. Well, not anymore!
In fact, there could just have been an outfit 3 as well…
… with a grey printed kurta to go with his white pyjamas. The little Nawab must have spilt something on his kurta or so he would have us believe.
