Step 1: Skin Check
Prep your skin for makeup by following the best skincare steps. Cleanse your skin with a face wash and then use a damp microfibre face pad to gently exfoliate your skin and lips. Pat your skin dry and apply toner, serum, and moisturiser. Once your skincare is absorbed, use a makeup primer on your skin and then blend on a skincare-infused foundation. Leave out a section of hair at the front to frame your face and tie the rest of your hair in a high ponytail. Place a hair doughnut on the base of the ponytail and then begin wrapping the length of the ponytail around the doughnut to create a voluminous bun. Secure the bun with bobby pins at the base. Mix a pea-sized amount of hair gel and serum and apply it to the front section. Style this section in a side parting.
