Recently, Swara Bhaskar shared the news of her hush-hush wedding. She had a court marriage with political activist Fahad Ahmad on 6th Jan and shared a video montage of how it all began.
While I was still not over their hatke love story, Swara shared an interesting detail about her wedding outfit and jewellery. Scroll down to know!
For her court marriage, the Veere Di Wedding actress wore a gorgeous maroon saree, which featured zari work on the border. She paired it with an ivory blouse with beautiful embroidery on the sleeves. To complete the look she added a maangtika and a choker set.
While sharing the pictures from her special day, Swara mentioned that she chose to wear her mother’s saree and jewellery. How adorable is that?! Wearing your mom’s special outfit on your wedding day has its own charm, doesn’t it? She also made Fahad add some colour to his outfit and went matchy-matchy for the occasion.
Reportedly, the couple is planning to host a traditional wedding next month. Till then, stay tuned!
