The Bollywood industry is truly a treasure trove of legendary singers and Sunidhi Chauhan is undoubtedly one of them. Her melodious and versatile voice has been winning our hearts for years now. But there’s more to her than just singing. She’s an incredible performer who knows how to keep the audience captivated. She recently delivered a powerhouse performance at her concert, looking every bit like an international pop sensation. But somehow, her outfit has managed to trigger some people.
A clip of Sunidhi from the concert is doing the rounds on the internet. She can be seen performing Woh Sharabi Kya Sharabi and then smoothly transitioning to Hips Don’t Lie by Shakira, followed by Sheila Ki Jawani. Dressed in silver hot shorts and a sequined bralette, she looks smokin’ hot. Like hello, we finally have our desi version of Beyoncé and Rihanna!

But as always, a certain section of the society imparted their unsolicited advice on how Sunidhi should have dressed for the concert. One woman wrote, “Saw a video of Sunidhi chauhan’s concert. She gave out Taylor swift vibes- the moves and her dressing. Those things didn’t suit her, IMO.”
Another commented, “Ye Sunidhi Chauhan Ko Ardh Nangi Hoke Concert Karne Ki Kya Zarurat Aan Padi? (What made Sunidhi Chauhan dress half naked for her concert)”.
And then there were others who questioned her choice of clothing by sharing Sunidhi’s old picture in a salwar suit.

First of all, I want to remind these people that Sunidhi has been in this game for years now. She has been performing live more than we could count. So guess what? She knows exactly what she’s doing! She’s a star, a diva and she deserves to shine when she gets up on that stage… In clothes she feels confident and comfortable in!
And last time I checked, it was a pop concert and not a traditional ceremony. So yea, she can wear the tiniest, most glamm outfit and show off those sexy dance moves while singing like an absolute sensation. Since y’all trolls will never get to that stage in your life, maybe it’s better to shutup? Also, are we still preaching women what they should and should not wear?
As for me, I’ve been watching Sunidhi’s performance on loop. Such a rockstar!
