With her impeccable sense of style and striking personality, Suhana Khan has been making waves even before her big Bollywood debut. Not only she will be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, Suhana has also been roped in as the brand ambassador of a leading beauty brand. Wait there’s more! Ahead of her acting debut, Suhana has acquired a remarkable property worth crores.
Buzz has it that Suhana has recently purchased houses and large farmland near Maharashtra’s Alibaug. Reportedly, the property includes three houses that are together spread across 3988 sq. ft. with a carpet area of 1750 sq ft, 420 sq ft, and 48 sq ft, respectively. Overall, the total estate is spread over 1.5 acres of land.
The property is situated in the picturesque Thal village, which is a coast nestled between Alibaug and Kihim Beach. Previously the property belonged to another film family, descendants of veteran actor Durga Khote. The actress purchased the property from them by paying a stamp duty of Rs. 77.46 lakhs. And if reports are to be believed, Suhana has paid 12.91 crores in total to acquire the property.
However, Suhana won’t be the first person in the Khan family to own a luxe property near Alibaug. Her father, Shah Rukh Khan, already owns a luxury farmhouse in the area, called Deja Vu Farms. It features amenities like a swimming pool and a helipad.
