At the NMACC, the two didn’t just arrive in their sartorial best. Gauri and Suhana’s glamm looked divine. Their subtly-bronzed skin and nude-ish brown lipstick sealed the deal. Both opted for subtle, monotone aesthetics, and the result was, well, stunning.

I know where Suhana’s love for lip glosses and lip oils comes from. Gauri Khan, back in the day, lined her lips softly without filling them in with colour. She simply layered on an ultra-dewy lip gloss. Suhana seems to be bringing the look back, and I’m obsessed.

Tick kohl-rimmed eyes off the list too. The two cannot live without it. Notice how Gauri and Suhana simply brighten the eyes with it instead of going in with a heavy, intense look. They’re minimalists, and it shows.
Gauri’s Glazed, Dewy Glow Wasn’t Lost Upon Her Daughter
Suhana didn’t just don a dress from Gauri’s archives recently. She recreated her mother’s glazed, dewy-dumpling look too. From the glossy orange lip to the kohl-rimmed eyes and highlighter-struck cheekbones, she pulled a Gauri on us, and effortlessly so.
