What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of Indian weddings? For me, it’s a grand destination, dancing all night, stunning, royal ensembles, an insane amount of food and just lots and lots of fun! Well, I know we always say ‘big, fat Indian wedding’, but guys trust me on this one- it doesn’t get bigger, fatter and grander than this one.
Five months after Sonam Kapoor’s wedding, her ex-boyfriend, Sahir Berry tied the knot with his longtime bae, Savitri Singh. Sahir is the son of Binoy Berry and is the Director of Contec Global and the Founder of subsidiaries, AfriOne and NowNow. Savitri too has made her name for herself being the DLF heiress, currently handling DLF Emporio and Lodhi Hotel.

Sahir and Savitri’s wedding was a splendid two-day affair in Delhi making it a busy time for all the big shots of Delhi. Nearly 3,000 guests were invited to the couple’s sangeet on the 25th of October. And it was surely one of the most majestic shaadis of 2018.
Guys, the guests included dignitaries, politicians, and tinsel town celebrities alike. Jyotiraditya Scindia, Shobhana and Shyam Bhartia, Digvijay Singh, hotelier Priya Paul, Pernia Querishi, Anand Burman among others. Singers Mika Singh, Sukhbir, Guru Randhawa, Adnan Sami, AR Rahman, Harshdeep Kaur, and Wizkid entertained the guests with their peppy and soulful music.

The decor and floral arrangements for the wedding day made it look like a gorgeous paradise and oh God, we’re in heaven!

The bride, Savitri wore a hand-embroidered chikankari lehenga for one of the functions and looked absolutely angelic. She paired it with a simple diamond necklace and pulled off the effortlessly elegant look.

They even had a Halloween themed bash for one of the functions and 3…2…1… spooky! All the guests got their scary avatars on and we don’t even know which one was our favourite.

The Halloween party was held in Umaid Bhawan, Jodhpur and the theme was Africa and Black Panther. #WakandaForever
