Ever since Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja welcomed their baby boy, we have been waiting to catch a glimpse of the little one. And our wishes have finally come true! Celebrating one month with their little boy, the couple just blessed our feeds with the cutest post ever featuring Baby K Ahuja. The best bit? The little one finally has a name and it’s beautiful!
Anand and Sonam’s baby boy has been named Vayu Kapoor Ahuja and we’re in love with the name! Sonam and Anand took to Instagram to share this update with an adorable picture featuring all three of them dressed in yellow outfits. We also got a glimpse of little Vayu and it’s giving us major baby fever!
The new parents also shared a heartfelt note. It read, “In the spirit of the force that has breathed new meaning into our lives… In the spirit of Hanuman and Bheem who embody immense courage and strength… In the spirit of all that is sacred, life-giving, and eternally ours, we seek blessings for our son, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja.” Check out the adorable post here:
Explaining the meaning and thought behind their son’s name, the couple added, “In Hindu scriptures, Vayu is one of the paanch tattvas. He is the deity of breath, the spiritual father of Hanuman, Bheem, and Madhav and He is the incredibly powerful lord of wind. Praana is Vayu, a guiding force of life and intelligence in the universe. All the deities of Praana, Indra, Shiva, and Kali relate to Vayu. He can breathe life into beings as easily as he can destroy evil. Vayu is said to be heroic, brave, and mesmerisingly beautiful. Thank you for your continued wishes and blessings for Vayu and his family.”
Earlier in the day, Sonam also shared a glimpse of Vayu’s Boss Baby-themed birthday cake to mark his one month in the family.
