Bigg Boss 13 happens to be the most successful season of the reality show to date. A huge part of the credit goes to the sizzling chemistry between Shehnaaz Gill and Sidharth Shukla, which literally worked like magic on the small screen. Even today, the two continue to be in limelight owing to their ‘are-they-are-they not’ dating rumours. It has almost been two years and clearly, #Sidnaaz fans aren’t quite over the jodi yet.
In all honesty, we are part of the #Sidnaaz stan club ‘coz watching them in Bigg Boss together was legit like watching a full-blown romantic film—one that we never wanted to end. And while Siddharth and Shehnaaz might have worked together post the reality show as well, nothing quite hit as hard as their journey in the Bigg Boss house, right? Well, seems like Voot has heard us loud and clear. Now where might I be going with this, you ask? Hold tight fam, ‘coz this is gonna blow your mind—a film titled Silsila SidNaaz Ka has just been announced! Yes, you read that right.
Set against the backdrop of Sidharth and Shehnaaz’s unique bond, the movie will feature unseen footage from the reality show. The makers have also shared that it would be showcasing the good and bad times of the two as a couple. Sounds like a full paisa vasool deal, doesn’t it? The film is being called “A modern-day fairytale” by Voot. Here’s what the OTT service has written in the caption of their announcement post for the film: “SIDNAAZ KI MOVIE ?! NO! WAIT, WHAT? Yeh Dhamaka toh ekdam hi unexpected hai! Kya aap ho ready to welcome the most loved jodi on Voot, again? Haan haan sahi suna, aa rahe hai #SidNaaz leke apna silsila pyaar aur dosti ka 🥺❤️.”
Can’t say about you, but the announcement has sure as hell made our week (even month, maybe). While we are yet to hear about a release date, guess it won’t take too long for the film’s release given that it is a compilation of all the epic seen and unseen #Sidnaaz moments from the BB house. However, in all honesty, we are indeed getting restless. After all, it is #Sidnaaz, you guys! Here’s hoping that Voot releases the film ASAP!
