Clearly, the fans are emotionally invested and can not wait for them to make it official.
Of course, these #Sidnaaz fans were in for a pleasant surprise recently after hearing rumours about Sidharth and Shehnaaz’s secret wedding. It was being said that the two of them had secretly tied the knot in a hush-hush ceremony in December. Soon enough, the fans started asking questions and it didn’t take too long for #Sidnaaz to trend on Twitter.
And while both Sidharth and Shehnaaz have kept mum on the topic all this while, the former finally broke his silence after a hilarious tweet from one of his fans. The fan wrote, “Bhai @sidharth_shukla Meri girlfriend keh rhi hai jab tak reply or follow back nhi doge shadi nhi karegi kya chahte ho main kuwara rahu aisa n Karo reply do, plz shadi hogi to main apke liy spl karunga ek reply. #SidharthShukla.”
In a rather sweet moment, Sidharth actually replied to his fan. And while he might have ensured his fan’s wedding, the actor refuted all the claims about his own while doing so. “Bhai Kunwara tag acha hai … main tho kunwara hoon fir bhi kuch media walo ne shadi shuda karar kar diya hai … maybe they know more than I do about me,” he wrote in his reply.
Just last month Shehnaaz had also commented on her marriage plans in an interview. “Shaadi? Meri umar nahi hai shaadi ki. Ab mere paas hai time. Agar main struggler hoti toh main pakka shaadi kar leti. Mere bachche bhi ho gaye hote. But abhi mere mehnat karne ka time hai. Main mehnat kar rahi hoon aur main shaadi karungi jab mera mann karega,” the Punjabi singer-actress had said.
Well, we feel Shehnaaz and totally understand where she’s coming from. That said, it would have been kinda exciting had they actually been married, right? Well, not gonna lie, we are as disappointed as all the #Sidnaaz fans right now!
