My day just got better! Not only did Sid and Kiara release their magical wedding trailer, but the shaadi guests have also started sharing their photos. They understood the assignment!
Besides the bride and groom’s families, KJo and Shahid-Mira were the Bollywood A-listers who made it to the guest list. Juhi Chawla, a close friend of Kiara’s dad also attended the wedding. And of course, who can forget the Ambani pariwaar!
The images have started pouring in and I’m loving the regal route they all took.
Karan Johar – The OG Fashionista
Karan Johar’s excitement for Sid-Kiara’s wedding was evident during their Koffee With Karan episode! He declared that he’ll be performing, and of course, he had to look super stylish while doing so. He shared three of his looks from the wedding and thanked designer Manish Malhotra for the gorgeous ensembles. From a purple velvet jacket to a metallic silver one and a bright printed kurta, only KJo could’ve pulled off such OTT looks.
Shahid & Mira – The Stylish Duo
Just look at them! Kiara’s Kabir Sing co-star, Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput were in their power-couple mode at the Sid-Kiara wedding. Mira wore a beige suit set by Dubai-based designer Faraz Manan. I love the cropped pants, the transparent heels and her potli bag from The Pink Potli. Staying true to her style, she opted for minimal makeup and a clean pony.
As for Shahid, I was really hoping to see his dance on Kaala Chashma, but I’ll make peace with this stunning picture. Love the Indo-western kurta look!
Juhi Chawla – The Evergreen Beauty
Juhu Chawla took her shararas out for a spin at Sid and Kiara’s wedding. For the mehendi, the actress wore a purple Gopi Vaid creation. She donned a red sharara from Shyamal & Bhumika for another function. She maintained a loose curls hairdo for both events. Stunning, na?
Tanya Ghavri – The Master Fashionista
Tanya Ghavri in this beige lehenga set has all my heart. She’s one of the go-to stylists for many celebrities and now I know why. She wore an Arpita Mehta number for one of the functions and added a maangtika and earring set from Maya Sanghavi Jewels to complete the look. Loose tresses and muted makeup are what she opted for to completed her look.
The newlyweds are all set to have a big fat Bollywood reception on Feb 12 and I can’t wait to see the tinsel town turn up in their best outfits!
